Since the founding of the Beyn Collective, I have spent time and again in Cairo for project reasons, working there, making friends, discovering the surroundings bit by bit. Although the focus this time was not on taking photographs myself, I have taken out my camera from time to time and captured what caught my eye. It's a very subjective perspective on Cairo. In addition, there are pictures from a few weekend excursions, to Sinai, to Alexandria, to the pyramids of Giza – out of the gigantic city.
